Amazy version 15 (Amazing Adventures: Around the World™) |
 |
|
Hover your mouse: As shown in the picture below, navigate to the game site's
initial Amazing Adventures: Around the World™ mission selection page and STOP. Now start my Amazy and hover your
mouse over their logo down on the lower-left of your screen, exactly as the pink arrow in this picture is showing. The
auto should recognize it, beep at you and snap your mouse away. After, manually choose the episode you wish to process
and Amazy will take over. |
 |
|
Google Chrome only: Since Firefox and Internet Explorer have altered graphics and are much slower
in processing these Flash-embedded games, please use the Chrome web browser instead. If things change, I will be happy to include these other two...
but this is just not the case right now. |
| 15 (3.1.2013) Added a Reader's Paradise checkmark option, which will repeat episode 3 over and over (if you
have purchased it). I chose this one because the auto plays the two bonus games very quickly and it's one of the faster episodes besides. This should help
those Finish 3 missions in 2 weeks! challenges. Thanks for the request, Joe. Also fixed the newly broken (yet again) The World Diamond's Swap the
Tiles bonus game. And lastly, included a new second Work Boot in the Archaeology Tent scene. Nice find, Carol. |
| 14 (2.19.2013) The Excavation Site scene had some colors changed, so the auto didn't know which one it was.
Thanks for letting me know, Carol. They also blew up the Swap Tiles game in two The Lost Tomb episodes. And for some reason, they felt the need to move the
Barrel in the Market scene. I ran all 15 episodes twice this morning and found nothing else happening. |
| 13 (1.25.2013) A few hidden objects were moved around in some of the cities. If anyone finds any more, let me know
the name of the object and city. Thanks! |
| 12 (11.21.2012) Just about all of the bonus games were broken because of a change they made to their font inside the
game. A few scenes had some colors changed as well, so the auto was not finding them. Also picked off a few moved hidden objects. Not sure why they think the
outline of a dolphin looked better 50 pixels north. It's likely that there will be more that were relocated, so just let me know (name of object in which city).
Also removed the jigsaw intelligence, as it's no longer working. We're just gonna have to play those manually until I figure something out. If you are playing
a challenge that requires the completion of an episode, I recommend (non-jigsaw) Reader's Paradise, Buried in Blue, The Buried City, Father and Son, Keeper of
the Sky or Riddle Me. |
| 11 (11.10.2012) Updated for Windows 8 compatibility. |
| 10 (7.16.2012) The Lost Tomb's Shipwreck scene was missing the bottle opener and cheese grater. Thanks for
letting me know, Carol. |
| 9 (7.6.2012) Added new episodes 14 and 15 (Riddle Me, The Lost Tomb). Since this is the final mission of this world, they
have another three part bonus game at the end of The Lost Tomb. I was unable to program the first jigsaw part... but was able to nail the last two parts.
Simply play the jigsaw yourself manually and the auto should kick in immediately after to finish. |
| 8 (6.15.2012) I changed the way Amazy finds your game window. We now need to hover on the Amazing Adventures™ logo
at the bottom left of the mission selection screen, as described in the above tip. Also, I now check to ensure both the upper-left and bottom-right corners are
visible, since so many of you are sending pictures with chopped edges. If you see the auto flicker Game is chopped!, you will need to first scroll or adjust the
browser so that all four corners can be seen. Amazy can't function properly until you do. Another solution could be to increase your Desktop's screen resolution to
help fit this 600-pixel tall game. This update also fixed a stall in Beneath the Waves pick and place bonus game, a rare Unknown City stall in Petra and I snagged
a couple of missing/moved items along the way. |
| 7 (5.12.2012) Added new episodes 12 and 13 (Father and Son, Keeper of the Sky). |
6 (5.8.2012) The entire game got darkened and everything broke (all scenes, buttons, maps, bonus games)... so
I did my best to fix all of that, including many band-aids applied for other minor broken things that caused even more problems. Somebody really went in there
and botched the game up in many gross-errored ways. Here is a rundown of the things that are now changed inside the auto:
- Ep6 Hawaii: Completely broken with Day 21 Studios written everywhere. Nothing is clickable. The top bar showing your time and score is
completely out of whack. The only way out is to quit the episode. Looks like no one in the future is getting the Ep6 badge until it's fixed.
- New Jigsaw style: They changed what happens when you let go of the mouse after putting a piece in the wrong slot. The puzzle piece now slides
itself back to the left panel instead, so I had to change how the auto covers this. Frequently, you’ll see the mouse keep flickering and it’s just not
happening with one or more pieces stuck. Simply pause the auto with the Control key on your keyboard. Now move the top left bad-boy pieces down a bit with the others.
Start the auto again and it should kick back in 90% of the time. It’s moody... but trust me, you’re lucky to have it playing these new jigsaw bonus games
at all.
- Ep8 triple bonus game: Same deal with the new jigsaw style... but it's worse. They broke it to the point that when you let go of a gem in the wrong
slot, some of them slide themselves west completely off the game board! Only way out is to quit the episode and try again. Unfortunately, until it's fixed, you
will have to do this 3-part bonus game yourself manually.
- Pick and Place: If it takes longer than 20 seconds for the auto to find a piece in this bonus game, pause the auto and do the next piece yourself.
Then just kick the auto back in afterwards to let it finish.
- Missing/moved items: To top everything off, I am still constantly finding missing or moved hidden items. Let me know which scene and what the name of
the item is. I will try to get in there and pick the stragglers off as time permits.
- Three new episodes: This update now includes the first 3 episodes from the new world The Lost Tomb: Mystery Map, The Buried City and Submerged.
|
| 5 (4.4.2012) Added new episode 8's two scenes (Cook Islands, Ship Wreck). The first two parts of
the new bonus rounds are somewhat coded inside the auto. Sometimes part one tries to drag a piece that is stuck to the game. In part two,
some of those gems are stacked on top of each other and the game gives the wrong gem when the auto grabs that area. Part three (Simon says)
is not programmed at all quite yet. It's rather difficult, but I will try to get to it when I have some time. For now, allow the auto to
help your first two bonus round sections, or just press the Control key on your keyboard to pause Amazy and knock it all out yourself manually.
As I stated down below in the first release, "It's very possible a new bonus game will not be able to be coded at all" and "I'm
telling you this now, the difficulty of coding any future mini games cannot be predicted". |
| 4 (3.14.2012) Added new episode 7's one scene (Iguauz Falls) and its two bonus rounds
(jigsaw, spot difference). |
| 3 (3.3.2012) Added new episode 6's three scenes (Cape Town, Hawaii, Rocky Mountains) and its
two bonus rounds (jigsaw, swap tiles). |
| 2 (2.24.2012) Some of you had altered graphics and I'm not sure why. This was making the jigsaw
game misfire and both the swap tile and word search mini-games were coming up unknown. I don't understand why everyone doesn't have the
exact replica of the game, but hopefully this version covers us all. Let me know, otherwise... |
| 1 (2.23.2012) For starters, we need to use only the Google Chrome web browser. It's another
Mouse on yellow "Start Game" auto, just as the pink arrow is showing in the above picture. After the game loads, you will
need to select which episode you wish the auto to play. The shareware version of this auto covers only the first episode (including its two
bonus games), while registered users get everything. I do recommend closing your browser after each badge is obtained and opening a
fresh one. The flash can get horrible laggy and it truly starts affecting the auto's performance. You can just see the cleansing
difference that a new browser gives. Unlike the other hidden object games that have a standard 50 different items per scene, this
one has an inconsistent 80+ in each (some in the 90's). The font of the items down below was unable to be read, so I had to do the
"click them all" approach instead. The reason that the auto sometimes has to do another pass or two is because some of
their hidden items are so close to each other, the flash is registering the wrong object and kind of blocking that area briefly. For
example, if a Sword is mostly behind a Cat and the auto clicks the Cat first... the stupid game logs the Sword instead and freezes that
area temporarily (which ruins the next Sword click). This is why there could be a few swoops to ensure everything got clicked away. If you
encounter a pure stall after the three sweeps, it's possible that item is not in my code. Pause the auto with the Control key on your
keyboard and start it again. See if another three passes will clear that missing item. If not, do send me an email and let me know the
name of the item and which scene it is located. I am aware of a rare stall in the word search mini game. Once in a great while, the words
Art and Petra (which has Art spelled backwards) both appear in the list to be found. And on some of these occasions, the moody
flash kind of sticks on us and misses some of Amazy's swoops of the mouse. It's like the mouse clicks just didn't register or something.
After, the auto can no longer find Petra on the board because the letters of Art are now darkened. If this happens to you, simply click away
the Petra yourself manually. If the jigsaw bonus games are quirky for your machine, slowing the auto's Speed option by chunks of 5 could help
smooth things. To be honest, we are lucky to have those jigsaws working at all. The pieces are drastically changed every time you come back
to the puzzle and was impossible to code in any other way. Speaking of, I can't guarantee future versions will be perfect. I have no clue
as to what's coming next. It's very possible a new bonus game will not be able to be coded at all. As in this version, I will do my best.
But I'm telling you this now, the difficulty of coding any future mini games cannot be predicted. |
